Poor communication. Waste of time and money. My first time at this place. When I received the new glasses, I could not see the computer screen clearly and the frames kept sliding down my nose. I could not exchange the frames but they took the glasses back and weeks later I was given glasses with new lenses and they were exactly the same where I could not see the computer screen clearly. They took the glasses back and the same thing repeated again. On the third time the front desk staff told the doctor about it. I was given and charged for a second eye exam. When I got the glasses, I could finally see the computer screen but the frame kept sliding down my face even after adjustments and tightening. I regret getting their name brand glasses that are non-exchangeable. I regret going there. I

Went to get the screw to my glasses put in as it was loose. Once I got the glasses back they were scratched :( now it feels almost like I have vertigo! looks super blurry on the opposite side that was adjusted!! And all I was told was I can use my insurance to get another pair. Oh and that it must of been like that when I came in. When I know for a fact everything was good when went in. I only needed the hinge screw put back. I Will not be back to this location .. and you shouldn’t either !!

Paid $300+ after insurance for glasses and they arrived damaged. They tried to bend them back into place and didn’t fit correctly. Asked for them to be sent back and fixed and haven’t gotten my glasses. Take your business elsewhere. I won’t be back here.

I am surprised by the reviews. Have been a patient here for several years and always receive great service and happy with their care.
