My teeth look much better now. I’m very happy from smiling again. I love that they don’t have to take impressions anymore to make a night guard !!! Dr Pepper is incredible. First dentist ever that didn’t hurt me giving me numbing shots. He’s so friendly and kind that he calms you down with his presence. I’m so glad he ended up as my dentist. I’m truly happy going to see the dentist for the first time ever. Thank you Dr Pepper and Carol too as always it’s good to see you two!!!

Dr. Doctor was super professional and thorough with his diagnostics. He was easy to talk to. His team provided excellent customer service. Once called to the back, the Doc was ready to see me. I didnt go from one waiting room to another. Great job!

For the most part, my visit was fine at the end. I just felt that the girl that was rescheduling. My appointment was a little bit condescending. I didn’t appreciate her tone I felt that was being scolded was correcting me for an appointment. The technically, I had asked them that at the end of the year how much I would be paying and they will get back to me. But apparently they did, which is not true because I never got the total amount then my insurance At the beginning of the year . Anyways, for the most part, everything was good other than that.

My family has been using this dental office over many years. Recently, I had an accident over a weekend and lost one of my front teeth. I went in early Monday morning (without an appointment) to see if they would be able to help. Dr Zernicke and his assistant Lea were amazing. They addressed my situation with understanding and care.

I have been going to Dental Concepts and Orthodontics for about 20 years. They are located in Salinas and I live in Santa Cruz. The excellent comprehensive care I receive from Dr. Zernicke and his team keeps me returning year after year despite the distance. I especially like that all the dental specialties are in one practice. This greatly simplifies scheduling, billing, and care coordination.
