Treasure Coast Urgent Care

My wife went in for a cold/sinus infection, and she was prescribed Augmentin which was the proper thing to do just in case it happened to be bacterial infection. Two days in she developed severe back pain, which is a side effect, but an uncommon one, so she discontinued the meds, and the pain disappeared the next day. In the meantime, she called to explain the problem and request a different antibiotic. She never received a follow up call, so since she wasn't feeling well, I decide to call for her. The person answering the phone was rude and short. after explaining the situation, she read the note in the file. We are not going to call in another type of antibiotic, because back pain isnot a side effect, but she's welcome to come in for her back pain and it is not related to the current me

Had an amazing experience from check in to check out. Highly recommend. Brought my son in for a minor sport injury. The nurses and physician were informative and went further into just his injury. Wish I could give 10 stars!

Poor communication between front office staff, providers and billing staff. Daughter was overcharged 250% for her office visit copay. She was not treated with service that we verified she would receive. Spent 1.5 hours there for nothing. Would not recommend!

Another great experience with this urgent care and want to praise their office. Everyone was thorough from check in to the doctor and to check out. All around a great experience! Highly recommend!

I really enjoyed the quick lab. Efficient and excellent. Time is moving and often we don't have time to wait. I'm grateful for the time managed appointments and the efficiency of the staff. Love them!
