This place is not fit for no human being. My son was there for respite care in June ended up in hospital and bed sores every where and a broken butt..they stoled his clothes pills and diamond ear ring I have pictures of his injurys.. go to my facebook and look at the pictures and post I put ..name of Facebook is shalane Cunningham .they only apologized My son suffered

Horrible facility. Management is terrible and abrasive. They lack communication and staff is never informed of requests put in to management. Doctor Wahlbridge makes changes without notifying family and staff. Never seen anyone clean there. No one ever answers the door or phone. Very incompetent, inconsiderate, staff. Oh and ALWAYS understaffed. Neglect, disrespect, and hospital stays should be expected if you leave your loved one here. Wouldn’t trust them to take care of my Barbie doll. Should be shut down for malpractice. Have reported them several times, after numerous ER visits and abusive staff reports.

Horribly run facility. We were deceived by the people in charge when my son moved in. He came out worse than when he went in due to their neglect. They have had so many staff changes and terrible communication between staff as a result. We witnessed at least 5 or 6 administrator changes and that many in the nurse lead and other nurse staff as well. Most of the aids are clueless can't even get cleaned up and teeth brushed daily. Also the owner Tim Paul and his employee Cheryl Hickman are 2 of the 5 star ratings. From reading them it looks like their could be other employees rating the facility as well. No fives here.

Tranquility nursing and rehab is amazing. My son moved there from home care. He has been there since August 2021. They are a very clean facility. Very caring. It's the best and only long term TBI facility in Indianapolis. We love them and highly recommend them.

My father was in this rehab for months because of his trach. It was a terrible feeling to know someone is stuck in a place like this. He said he wouldn’t wish this place on his worst enemy. Told me his trach would need suction for hours and nobody would check on him (he was a quadriplegic, so he could not push the call button). Said it was scary when you couldn’t breath and none of the aids would come check on you. Also said one of the ladies there “didn’t have a heart”- said she had a big butt and really long fake hair (I don’t live in Indianapolis, so I have no clue who she is but he said she was some type of supervisor which makes it even worse).
