I love this office. Everyone is so nice! I’ve been every year since moving to Nevada and i have not been disappointed.

Extremely poor customer service. Will not recommend this Dr. to anyone. We are dropping her for poor service and arguing with us as patients. Extremely unprofessional. Not in the business as a health care provider only in it for the money. Tons of other doctors that are better. Please don't go there.

My daughter and I have been coming here for years! No issues until this year...we have set co pays with our eye insurance and suddenly they want to charge more....greedy money hungry I guess. After explaining to them and showing them my co pay they still refuse to accept that was the correct amount to be paid. They also tried charging me for a "Premium " contact fitting because they get paid more...I have been going here for 5 or more years and never had or been billed a premium fitting. I called the insurance to verify that I was not a premium fitting under their guidelines. They even called the doctor who was furious with them, Because she wasn't able to bill how she wanted. I've been going here for over 10 years and always had a great experience. Made the mistake of going to Pearl Vision and they always seemed to mess up my prescription. I've seen both doctors and both do a great job. Always get my prescription right and they are very patient. I now take my daughter here too.

I'm so glad my friend recommended Dr. Trang Tran. Being new the the Henderson area I haven't had my eyes checked in over 3 years. Dr. Trang Tran was very pleasant and thorough during the exam. Scheduling was easy & the location is convenient. I was able to even do some shopping afterwards because the office is located right inside Wal-Mart!
