I would like to start by saying the moment that I walked in to this pharmacy I was immediately told oh are you dropping off a prescription? you’re gonna have to wait a few hours before they can even getting the script or anything to that nature I was waiting on a nebulizer which they told me you know it had to be faxed over to the office in Ashland and then back to them and they would decide you know what nebulizer I need to have or whatever as I sat there and waited for 45 minutes no complaints. I found a couple items within the store that I purchased When I was at the counter waiting to check out pharmacy technician Betsy comes over and says oh we’re still waiting on them to reply back with the facts for your nebulizer I said OK well I’m looking to check out the items that I have now she

After making the switch to Towne Pharmacy when RiteAid closed, I have no idea why anyone would use a corporate pharmacy. The staff is caring, informative and proactive about the care that patients receive and the location has a cozy small town feel that reminds me of how pharmacies used to be before corporate retail pharmacies became the norm. We need more pharmacies and pharmacy staffs like Towne Pharmacy in this world!!

This location has a wonderful staff! When my grandmother fell suddenly ill and couldn't get out of the house the Staff at the medicine shoppe took care of all of her prescriptions and were able to deliver them same day. They were also able to help me figure out her medicare and how to process the prescriptions and take the remaining payments over the phone. They were an absolute life saver when we needed them! Thank you!!!

Just switched a few months ago and I am super impressed with this pharmacy. Beats going to a big box store or even a Walgreen's sized pharmacy. Never have to wait, staff is always nice/cheerful! AND free home DELIVERY! That's important to me during Covid-19 shelter in place order. I LOVE this pharmacy.
