My therapists help me more than they will probably ever know. Mental health is so important ..we need to end the stigma and maybe more people would have healthy minds not just bodies.

Working in mental health myself, I've known for years Catalyst is below par. I went in for "urgent" care services 9/02 to begin med management. I waited over an hour in the lobby before someone told me I wasn't able to be seen. They had known since I had initially arrived that I wouldn't be seen that day and they let me wait. The next day I came in for my assessment. The counselor who conducted my assessment was about a 2/10 on the empathy scale. She barely looked at me and when asked about trauma, she very plainly said "you can just say yes or no, I don't need any detail". As someone whose primary diagnosis is CPTSD, she sure did miss out on a lot of information that would have been imperative to completing this assessment successfully. It's a decent place to get the help you need

I went thru their detox facility and graduated their residential program. Absolutely are filled with employees that genuinely care and do whatever they can to help. Mandi helped me with a couple personal items I needed, Amanda helped menwith Bible studies, the therapist Stacy is amazing, and their aids Reilly, Trinity and Bree and Monica were awesome as well. Hopefully ill never need treatment again but if I ever do ill go to catalyst. Thank you guys.

We have experienced such caring and knowledgable professionals since coming to Catalyst. Liz has been such a helpful, caring woman. She has helped me and my family so much! And given us so much hope! Thank you to all the staff as well. We are truly grateful.
