Town Pharmacy

I had the pleasure of visiting Town Pharmacy, and I cannot recommend them enough! Everyone there is incredibly friendly, but I especially want to highlight the outstanding service provided by the pharmacist, Mr. Niel. He consistently goes above and beyond to ensure we have the best options to give us the right medications and save money on our prescriptions, which is greatly appreciated. He's always on top of our medication refills and makes sure to contact us on time. What stands out most is his professionalism and willingness to help. On several occasions, we've reached out to ask about the ingredients in medicine, even those not purchased from their pharmacy. Mr. Niel took the time to go through each ingredient with us, explaining potential side effects in detail. He even followed up by

The pharmacist, Neil, has a bad habit of not letting you get a word in edgewise. He is extremely rude and interrupts you when you’re talking. I had a prescription there for a little while and he made it clear to me that “we do not charge you a co-pay and we should, for this specific medication.” Yet was never told initially. Neil needs to learn how to speak to people and to *listen* to their needs. He has no filter. I also used to get Amazon delivery there, but stopped when he questioned me as to why some of them were in my name. That was an Amazon problem, but he made sure to correct *me* about it. Again, very rude, and I’m guessing the rest of the staff feels the need to follow suit because they don’t have a clue as to what’s going on when you ask them a question. I am done with this p

My prescriptions are typically out of stock everywhere else but Town Pharmacy always manages to have my prescriptions in stock or at least orders them right away. The communication is excellent and they work FAST! Way better than going to any major pharmacy. Excellent customer service!

Best pharmacy in whole New Jersey. Affordable prices for everything - OTC, prescriptions. Wide range of other products available as well. Great and friendly customer service. Neil goes out of his way to help everyone. Will never go anywhere for my prescriptions. Thank you!

Pharmacist and staff are the most knowledgeable, friendly and helpful I have ever known. I have filled my husband's prescriptions for years at Town Pharmacy and they have the best prices and customer service you could expect from your local pharmacy. If you are expecting a cordial and expedited service come and meet Neal personally, the best present India has given to North America.
