Town Drug

This is my third time picking up medication here. All THREE times, I had to wait for 10-15 minutes.to be told it’s not ready and I have to wait another hour to get it filled. If you are not buying lottery tickets…. Please chose an other pharmacy.

Best independent pharmacy ever. I’m on a lot of medicines and they go out of their way to contact my various doctors for refills etc. They deliver for free. If you have any questions you can talk to a pharmacy staff member promptly. It’s not like CVS where you’re on hold forever and then they throw shade at you. I will never use another pharmacy in New York.

I absolutely detest this pharmacy. They never have anything ready, and they constantly mess up deliveries. Something is always going wrong, making it utterly unreliable.

I had an excellent experience with Town Drug Pharmacy . The staff is incredibly friendly .The pharmacist Ruthie went above and beyond to ensure I understood my medications. She answered all my questions with patience and clarity. Top notch pharmacy service. Unsure about those negative reviews. Those customers must have been missing their dose !…

I have been educated by the management of this store, about services that they provide to the public, that were beyond my awareness. I am especially impressed with the home visits. You have my total approval and support. Perhaps there is a way to make your very client-centered service policies better known. The local area free newspapers may me a conduit for dissemination of more info about Town Drugs.
