I had an excellent experience at Town Center Dental of Suwanee from start to finish. From my very first phone call with the coordinator, to being warmly greeted when I walked through the doors, everything was seamless and welcoming. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely Pleasant. Dr. Harrison was truly exceptional. From the moment she entered the room, she gave off such a calming and positive presence. I immediately felt that I could trust her. She was knowledgeable, confident, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. The procedure itself went smoothly with no issues, and I felt well cared for throughout the entire process. She even followed up after to the check on me, which really meant a lot. The chair in the X-ray room was in terrible condition. It felt very off balanced and the right arm was cracked and separated.. It is a hazard..a cut or fall waiting to happen. I'm sure other patients and staff have complained about the chairs unstableness. You feel as if you're falling. Tiffany was GREAT!! Very detailed!! As I was checking out, the front desk attempted to over charge me. I signed paperwork before services began to only have an $83 balance.. The young lady quoted me an amount double plus, what I signed for. She blamed it on insurance not covering the extra amount on my last visit which was in August. I didn't like that! I told her the amount I paid in August, and that I was never contacted about a balance. She was not truthful about the insurance line. She talke

10/10 Best dental office in the south - I’ve had some terrible dental experience in Ga! But these beautiful people were not one of them! They were amazing! Professional, kind, clear on next steps & made me feel like I was in good hands !!!! Thank you & I’m excited to get this much needed work done!

The dentist was very thorough with the cleaning and extremely kind, so my child felt comfortable and had a pleasant experience during the visit. We regularly come here for dental checkups, cleanings, and fluoride treatments, and we’re always satisfied with the care we receive.

Amazing experience throughout the whole process. Front office was especially kind, attentive, and knowledgeable. I couldn’t be more pleased to have found this office to perform my daughter’s wisdom teeth extraction. Highly recommend.
