Primacare Physical Therapy, Johns Creek

My doctor referred me to physical therapy for lower back pain. Since I was traveling to Atlanta for two weeks to visit my brother, I decided to look for a clinic there and found Primacare Physical Therapy nearby with great reviews. On my first visit, the physical therapists were friendly and thorough — they assessed my lower back, identified tightness and other issues, and Agya created a tailored plan. Since I was only there short-term, they recommended coming in almost every day. I had done physical therapy back home before, but it was lackluster — just 30-minute sessions that didn’t deliver much. My experiences with Primacare Johns Creek have been great. My recent visit was for vertigo. It had lingered on over a week so I went for PT. It was fixed on one visit and I hope others with vertigo might consider physical therapy for a solution. I have been to this facility in the past for other reasons and highly recommend them. All the therapists here are extremely helpful and treat you with maximum care. I had a nerve pinch in my lower back which made is almost impossible to walk around around and do daily tasks, but within a month, therapy has made it so i can walk around without any pain and do any day to day activities I want. I would highly recommend this place to anybody who has had new or lingering issues as therapy can make all the difference and this is the place to go!

I went to PT here for three months and it was a great experience! I loved my therapists and they did a great job of balancing strength, stretching and a variety of pain relief methods like dry needling, massage, cupping and electrical stimulation. They also were up on current techniques and method of treatment.

This place is amazing and has worked wonders (for me, at least)! Recently, my left ankle got sprained and the doctor I met at a Foot and Ankle Care Center recommended this place. It’s been around 6 sessions, and my ankle is as good as new! The staff there are very kind people, and the physiotherapists are awesome at their job! I definitely recommend visiting this place if you need physiotherapy.
