I had an excellent experience with Dr George! She was incredibly patient, calm and thorough throughout my visits. Dr George really did take the time to listen and understand my concerns and needs, then crafted a thoughtful treatment plan. The dental work, including replacing fillings, was top knotch. Dr Jina George was a god sent when my father needed an emergency appointment for his tooth pain. After being shuffled from a dentist to an endondist to an oral surgeon to another dentist and endless calls with insurance to ensure he has coverage for the procedures he needed, I was already at my wits end. I chanced upon Smile Haven and decided to give Dr George a try. Her staff was friendly and quickly help me set up an appointment for the following day. I shared my trials with all the different dentist with no solution on how to address my dad’s wisdom tooth pain and the bridge that would need to come off because of the infected tooth. Very welcoming office! From the front desk to the dental hygienist to the dentist, they all create a friendly atmosphere. I was in pain when I went in - but the Dr was able to address the it quickly. Dr Jina, was very clear about long term care & walked me through all the options available to me, the payment involved - to make sure no surprises were involved. And also explained the best way to combine procedures to reduce number of visits. Dr. Jina was great to work with. I highly recommend this practice and will definitely be returning soon.
