They will schedule you multiple appointments for services that could be done in one appointment (causing extra fees), fail to properly explain complicated procedures, schedule said procedures in the wrong order causing unnecessary loss of work hours, and continously tell you your insurance covers all costs then send you a bill that says otherwise. They may be nice, but their practices are shady. *Edited to add that I find it appalling of any business to fail at assisting while you're a current patient/customer, but yet jump to comment on a negative review to show the world they'd love to help. Laughable.

During a routine dental cleaning at my FORMER dentist they broke my crown off and "are too busy to fix it today". I then went, the same day, to DR. TOWLER and received PROFESSIONAL, COMMPASSIONATE, PAINLESS care. A new crown was molded, sent to lab, and comfortably in my mouth within 3 days. Thank you Dr. Towler

Had my 6 month cleaning with Valerie. First time with her and she was amazing! I was amazed that she not only did a great job cleaning, but also did a “lump check” along my jaw and throat to check for any abnormalities. Totally pleased and my teeth feel fantastic after. Highly recommend Dr. TOWLER and his staff!

I showed up for my appointment and they told me someone called and cancelled. I was confused because I had received a confirmation from the office the day before stating the appointment was still scheduled. I asked them if the caller confirmed my date of birth or other information. They said “No, they just said to cancel the appointment.” I was super shocked because 1) confirming identification is pretty standard and 2) nobody else knew about this appointment. I figured maybe it was just a simple mistake. But the woman who identified herself as the office manager insisted this was correct because she took the call personally.
