Main St Urgent Care of Adrian & Walk-in Clinic

The Clinic was clean. The staff was friendly. I was placed in a room in less than 15 minutes. I was heard. The physical exam was thorough. The visit lasted about 35 minutes. Having CVS a block away was a bonus.

Had a telehealth appointment with Diane and Taylor, who made me feel very comfortable and at ease with the diagnosis and plan. The staff were very compassionate, informative, and the visit went smoothly. A fast, yet thorough visit- will definitely use Main St again in the future!

This is my go to place when the kids need a quick visit for our everyday illnesses. The service is always excellent and I’m highly impressed by how quickly we’re able to be processed from stepping into the clinic to stepping out of the clinic.

Moved here a year ago and our PCP is still in Ohio, normally not an issue. I have a terrible sinus infection and wasn't able to wait until the weekday to contact my PCP. Went to this urgent care and was checked in right away, the lady at the front desk was extremely pleasant and also followed HIPPA to the point of when my husband walked in and stood near me she asked if I knew him and was ready to ask him to sit in the chairs away from check in it I didn't. I was taken to an exam room immediately, vitals done, history done all professionally. The NP came in a few minutes later spoke with me, did an exam and even changed which antibiotic she was prescribing because I have not had success with them. I was treated with respect from the time I walked in the door. I was instructed to take a seat until I could register. When I got in an exam room Diane spent adequate time with me & addressed my health concerns, made a diagnosis & ordered antibiotics for me. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this clinic to anyone.
