This office is AMAZING!!! Every one of the staff are kind and helpful, which helps things run smoothly. The office itself is very clean!! Never a long wait period, I’ve always been in and out in a timely manner. Dr. Kordyzon is phenomenal, she is communicative, kind, thorough and knowledgeable. She takes the time to listen to my concerns and I never feel rushed. I have been going here for years and have never had any issues to report. There is a standard cancellation fee of $50 if the scheduled appointment is not cancelled a full business day prior, just like any other doctor’s office. And personally, I think it should be changed to a 2 day prior cancellation unless a person is sick, as the office would need time to fill that appointment slot! That’s just standard common courtesy. Their not just staff and customer service at Eye Center of Lenawee, they're people friendly. Scheduling with April, who advised my coverage for materials and got me at an appointment in convenience. Ruby made Eye measurements comfortable and explained the visit in detail. Dr. Frey was pleasant and offered professional service. My previous optical office would up sell me without informing my OOP. This team is not that kind of place. They're professional and makes you feel like they're for you, all the way around.

The staff is always so welcoming, friendly & helpful!! Dr. Kordyzon is amazing, I always feel comfortable with her - she does a great job explaining everything and answering my questions. And my appointments always move pretty quickly, I've never been left waiting and waiting as often happens in doctors offices. Highly recommend Eye Center of Lenawee!

I love the staff! They are so nice and very helpful. I loved the choice of frames that they had. The optometrist was very thorough. I am truly happy with my glasses. It was a bit pricy, but what isn't since the orange blob became president.
