Tower Health Urgent Care - Sinking Spring

literally the worst experience i have ever had. wendy the nurse was rude and judgmental. she told me to stop talking and cut me off. her and dr ohlinger were judgemental after i told them my periods are irregular and told me my chances of being pregnant were super high and ik my body. i’m not concerned about being pregnant and they treated me differently and would hear me out when i told them im not worried my periods ARE IRREGULAR. dr ohlinger prescribed me doxy after me telling her it doesn’t work for me then turned to my fiancé and was telling him it will work and making me feel stupid. and told me to take musenex after i told her IT DOESNT AGREE WITH ME and makes me nauseous and high and she said “that’s not a side effect and told me to take it”. I DO NOT recommend going back there. th

I made an appointment to visit this office about 90 minutes before my appointment time. I arrived early as I was told. Thirty minutes after my appointment time I walked out. I begged the provider to not send me to an urgent care. This was the nightmare I expected.

Thank you to the CRNPs and support staff for taking care of my family of 4 with the Flu yesterday and today. We appreciate your patience and kindness.

I love going to this urgent care because I never have to wait long and the doctors always very informative and knowledgeable when it comes to my treatment

Had a great experience here. Walked in to an empty waiting room (definitely not used to that). They don't have the self check in kiosks here, so walked up to reception. She was nice and loved her nails. Asked what I was there for, and got me checked in. Waited maybe 3mins max before being called back. Forgot the MA's name, but he was also nice. Got my vitals, asked all the required questions, and left. Maybe waited 2mins tops and the doc came in. He was personable and nice. Verified what I was there for, checked and sure enough. Verified the pharmacy, got the prescription submitted, paperwork printed, and out the door I went with many "Have a good day" so that was nice. Would come here again if I needed to. Semi quiet area, easy to get to, and had a good experience.
