Merit Dental - Sinking Spring

I had to miss an appointment because my brother passed away out of state. This place, with their horrendous customer service, had the nerve to charge me a $45 missed appointment fee. There was a death in the family and this is what you do? That seriously couldn't be waved for a patient who has been going there for over a decade? They needed $45 that badly? Awful. The level of care has plummeted since Dr Ken retired and sold the practice. The new regime is very cold and insensitive.

The front office staff was nice however they didn't seem to know much about insurance. The Doctor was nice along with the hygienist. I was there once and did not go back because this office was not for me.

Due a refund since July for an overpayment after submitting to my insurance company. It's October and I still have yet to receive it even after several calls and emails with the office manager. I am being told that "the support center who handles all refunds is still processing my refund and it's under review"

The entire staff is awesome. It’s always a pleasure, everyone is patient kind and always seem happy. When you love your job and the people you work with it shows. Highly recommend!!!

The dental assistant for my child's appointment made it her business about my slow mobility. I've recently had knee replacement and she commented that I should be moving much easier, in her opinion. I was at a DENTIST, for my child. Your staff needs to stay in their lane!
