IN CASE OF AN EMERGENCY DONT GO HERE!!! The website says 24 hours but when I ubered here doors were locked and there was no front desk! I would have went somewhere else. I do not recommend.

I called and asked for a COVID PCR test. The man who answered the phone told me it cost $295 and would be performed by a mobile tester who could come to my car in midtown south. HOWEVER he said that in order to reserve, he needed my credit card number (over the phone). I said I didn't feel comfortable giving that. He told me to call 311 to find out if they are accredited or not. He said that he gets 90% of his business from 311 referrals. Then he said "you must call me back in 10 minutes or I close my appointments for the night". So I called 311. They said that there is no accredited test facility with the name "total health & wellness" . So I took a pass on this. Seems a little fishy. Be warned.

I've been there 3 times in the past year to this urgent care center. Each time I've had great service. Everyone is very nice and professional, unlike many other places that I have been to here in New York City. This is the closest urgent care near me and many times I am seen through their online urgent care as well. This place is amazing, and they are always their when my family and I need them.

I needed an out of hours (after 8pm) urgent RT-PCR test for travel and wasn't having any luck with the places I googled. Total Health and Wellness came up in my search. To be honest, I thought it was a little dodgy but I was desperate so took the risk. Gave them my full credit card details over the phone, and I was then sent to some random building on 5th Ave at 9.45pm and told it would be closed and to call when I got there and I'd be let in. The doctor let us in and took my test in the hall of the building. Was told I'd have the results back in 1 hour (I paid $395). After a few follow up calls and messages my results were emailed to me around 12.30am. I admit I was nervous it was a scam but checked the CLIA ID (that came on the PCR results report) on the CDC website and it all came up le
