Every single root canal I’ve had from here has cracked as a matter of fact I had to pay out-of-pocket because they said my insurance didn’t cover it when all they had to do was tell me to change my HMo and it would’ve covered it, I don’t know what the problem is with a lot of the doctors here, but they are extremely rude and mean, however the nurses are really kind. I’ve never been to a dentist office that did such poor quality work and we’re so rude to their patients,Please try to have some compassion and the quality of work could definitely be better. I had one of the dentist Tell me that the cavities I had were bruising on my teeth turns out they were cavities 🤯 I asked if they could fix the gap in my mouth in the dentist told me gaps are good luck 🤯😤🤬 I’m telling you that something is

I am a popular Western actor and I went to total dental care for extractions recently after being cast as a gap-toothed drunk in an upcoming western picture. The staff at total dental were prompt and courteous in removing both of my incisors and afterwards, even allowed me to wait for the bus in their office. Top notch service all around

I’ve been a patient with this off for 15 years and this is the 1st time I had to write a bad review. I switched insurance companies and according to my insurance this office was still under the plan. I drive down to the office and the day of my appointment, they tell me that they don’t take my insurance.. I’m puzzled, then why didn’t you run my insurance before I drove to my appointment, the receptionist stated that she doesn’t know, but they don’t take my insurance, but yet, your office hasn’t contacted my insurance company to remove your practice as a participant of the insurance whoever is running the receptionist area as other reviews stated, should be retrained. Well after 15 years, I believe this is a blessing in disguise. Happy New Year 2024 I’ll be searching for another dentist..

Stay away!!! My husband had an appointment this morning (which I set up a week and a half ago via office visit) to have his bridge inserted. The receptionist that set up appointment put him in first so there would be no waiting. Well low and behold he was told his dentist is not in until 6/22 and his appointment is now 6/26 - total BS!!!! The office told him he should have received a text message - no message was received on either one of our phones nor a common courtesy call to our home number to verify? (Funny all other times his appointments were confirmed was an actual voice call). Poor communication and customer service!!! Time to look for a dentist where a - you don’t have to wait an hour past your actual appointment and b - common courtesy for a patient!!!!!

I made an appointment almost two weeks ago. Submitted all of my insurance info and paperwork. Then they confirmed my appointment TWICE. When I get there they tell me they don't accept my insurance. I couldn't believe that they confirmed my appointment knowing what insurance I have. Do not recommend. Apparently no one in the office has a clue.
