CityMD Farmingville Urgent Care - Long Island

Very poor experience. Spoke to supervisor Britany on the phone. Overall very disappointed with the professionalism of the staff. Front desk was fine. The doctors assistant and tech need to be reprimanded for poor behavior. After appointment was completed they both were hysterically laughing. My girlfriend and I were worried about me having a possible concussion and we heard them especially the female assistant blurt out in laughter about how his typing and how he pretended to type. To me, this is extremely unprofessional and unheard of in a citymd. I’ve gone to citymd for years for most of my medical needs and concerns. Now I have staff basically laughing and making light of medical needs. Regardless if it was after the appointment they should’ve never bursted out like that. While we waite

The front desk basically refused treating me. I went in for an occupational health exam, which would be a fee, I stated I don’t mind paying the fee & MMR titers. They asked to see my paperwork stating that I need it done. Upon seeing it needed a signature, they said they couldn’t do it; not sure why. I called CityMD Patchogue later that day and they said YES they can do what I needed done. Just go to the Patchogue location and save yourself time. I went in paid the fee and was treated quickly.

I went in because I suspected that I had a UTI as my urine was very dark. The doctor said I had no infection but she would start me on something for a UTI anyway and send out the culture. I told her I recently had a kidney stone that passed. She ignored that. I ended up going to SB Hospital a few hours later. Had a full fledged kidney infection that was treated with antibiotic iv and was sent home with a 10 day dose of a completely different antibiotic than what City MD gave me for a completely different infection. City md called two days later telling me I had a UTI. I had a kidney infection and they had NO CLUE. The team reviewed and said that they treated appropriately. They had NO data OTHER their own knowing I went to the ER. STAY FAR AWAY unless you have a simple col

I’ve only had one bad experience here a long time ago but it ONLY had to do with one specific female doctor, but Ive been here many many times including today and I got someone Ive never seen b4 and she was AMAZING!! So welcoming and empathetic and professional all the way, my prescription says S.Wehle but I don’t know her name, I should’ve asked but she’s young with brown hair and an excellent doctor in my opinion. Otherwise it’s fast, easy check in with a QR code you scan and easy peasy in and out!

I had a pleasant experience with Suhayla. She was kind and friendly despite me feeling like I wanted to fall out because I just wasn't feeling well. Her coworker Sara was kind and helpful as well. Thank you ladies your awesome!💜
