Concerned Dental Care of Farmingville

Extremely frustrating experience. It’s nearly impossible to reach anyone to schedule appointments, and I’ve received inconsistent information about billing and insurance coverage. Several treatments weren’t covered, and that wasn’t clearly communicated ahead of time. Most disappointing was the provider who performed my root canals making comments that felt judgmental about my dental history. Dental visits are stressful enough..patients should feel supported, not shamed. Overall, very disappointed with the lack of professionalism and communication.

I have been coming to Concerned Dental for a number of years now and am always happy to see my hygienist, Kristy. Kristy is polite, professional, and always makes you feel safe in her chair. She is a great educator and gives a ton of helpful tips and ideas to keep your gums healthy. I have also had wonderful experiences with Latoya and Dr. Ganz - who gave me a beautiful new cap ahead of a special event. The only small caveat is that it's a bit of a wait to see the dentist at the end. But, it's a pleasure to be at their office with their kind staff.

My appointment today with my hygienist was amazing! Impeccable treatment always received by her Truly Professional Christine is very experienced and provides detailed hygiene care!! Highly recommend her. The entire staff is friendly and accommodating!!

I highly recommend this endodontic office. The front desk staff was welcoming and efficient, and the office was clean and well organized. The dentist was extremely knowledgeable, explained each step of the procedure, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Their calm and professional manner made a big difference. Staff here is amazing. Everyone staff member that worked with me was helpful, understanding, and made me feel comfortable. Easy option to text as difficult to get on the phone. No issues with moving appointments around. Overall, great experience and professional. I will add to they didn’t look to immediately drill or extract teeth, which I appreciated. They were honest with treatment and treatment plans.
