I’ve gone to this location a handful of times for various medical issues, and I’ve always been pleased with my treatment. The staff treated me with compassion, empathy, and patience, which can be rare in the medical field because it’s often overwhelming and stressful. The providers work quickly but take the time to answer questions. They are also real with you and give advice based on what would actually benefit you medically, and not like they are just trying to run a bunch of tests for the fun of it. I’ve also never had an issue with them sending prescriptions to my pharmacy, which is also a rare relief because you want to get the meds you need asap!

Greeting and intake was terrific. People were business like and efficient. Time with doc and attendant were top drawer, listened to me, clearly explained proposed treatment and got me out the door quickly. Environment was clean and bright. Great examples of quality at every level.

Referred to this facility since the one closest to my home did not have X-ray services available and my injury needed diagnostic images. The wait was long in spite of having reserved a spot in online. However once in a room the wait was shorter, total time at the urgent care was 3 hours, the care was efficient once they evaluated me/spoke to me. The staff was very caring and very much appreciated. I will return when I need urgent care again. Good people work there. Thank you

My toddler was sick and found out it was an ear infection and pink eye. The team got us in quickly and was so attentive and thorough. Every person we interactive with was nice, good with kids, and communicated well. 10/10 recommend.

I've been here before and been satisfied. This time though not so much! I made an appointment on line, it said 0 people in line. Got a text saying can't wait to see you.... I got there in 15-20 min. They put me in a room in under 5 min. I sat in that room for the next hour and 15 minutes before anyone came in to take my vitals! Total, I was there almost 2 hours. They did call me and apologized for the long wait and lack of communication. For that I am razing my review from 3 to 4 stars. I do understand they can be busy at times.
