The team was really friendly when I entered the office. Check in process was seamless and I was seen by the hygienist right away. Jordan did an amazing job and made me feel so comfortable with my visit. 10/10 patient experience here!

The staff was kind, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable the whole time. My teeth feel so clean and fresh. I’m very happy with the service and will definitely come back. Highly recommend!

Cannot recommend Big Bend Dental enough. The staff was all courteous and the doctor was incredible. They got me in as a new patient with less than 24 notice and took care of my issue fully the same visit. I was blown away by how smooth a dentist experience can be, I can’t imagine going anywhere else for my dental care anymore.

I am someone with terrible medical/dental anxiety. I had not been to the dentist in over 12 years before coming to Big Bend Dental. Everyone here was so kind and welcoming. They explained everything to me as thoroughly as possible. Paperwork was super easy and no one every talked down to me or made me feel less than for not having gone to a dentist in such a long time. Dr. Erokwu-Powell was a dream in doing my wisdom teeth extraction. I felt absolutely zero pain during the procedure and she was constantly checking to make sure I was doing okay. They gave me a variety of payment options and seemed to genuinely care about making sure I knew the cost of anything they would do beforehand so that there were zero surprises. Always friendly. Very professional. I love that they send updates and reminders for my appointments. The staff is always efficient and helpful. I never feel pressured into any procedures. Nice office space and well mentioned equipment.
