The girls at Mercy Pharmacy are always so professional, patient, and kind! Sometimes I see people not being so kind back to them. They’re doing such a good job and somehow treat people with all graciousness and patience even when they’re treated unkindly. These girls deserve nothing but an 5 stars as they really try and go above and beyond. This is my favorite pharmacy.

I think everyone at this pharmacy genuinely cares about those who come in, and I have always been greeted warmly and treated kindly. While everyone there is great, I have always been treated EXTRA well by a specific team member, I believe her name is Michelle (whomever was working 02/08/22). She is always so nice, but today especially, I had arrived right at 1pm, completely forgetting that they have lunch everyday at 1. I caught her right as she was about to leave, and I said I would come back, but she immediately opened the gate back up and got me my prescription, without ever making me feel like I had been a nuisance (even though I work in retail and KNOW how frustrating experiences like this can be). She is truly exceptional person and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves!

This review does not reflect how I feel towards the staff. They are always kind, and I generally do not have problems. The review reflects the service I receive, which involves multiple parties - including the prescriber, insurance, and the pharmacy. The pharmacy and staff are not wholly responsible for my experience. However, the system is flawed. If I am told that I need to be taking a medication - especially when it's a controlled medication - it really does suck to constantly be treated as if you're trying to deceive people. Because of shortages as well as how many parties are involved - combined with the fact that I'm never speaking to anyone who actually makes any of the decisions - it's just a constant run around and it is exhausting.
