Was there on a Saturday morning. Was taken into a room fast and was seen by the Dr right away. He examined me and explained what I had and his recommendations, verified my pharmacy and sent my prescription. By the time I got to the pharmacy my prescription was ready. Was very happy with the great fast service and the very kind and friendly staff as well as the Drs bedside manner! Will be my go to from now on! BTW this was my first time going there.

I've been to this urgent care twice in the last month, very efficient and superb experience both times. Physician assistant Michael Truong is a star! He had the enthusiasm and bedside manner a medical student but the knowledge of a doctor. He took the time to use a professional Mandarin translator to ensure the most accurate history gathering from my Mom rather than using me. Even though we showed up at 6 pm on a Friday night, he was in no rush to get out of there. He took the time to explain what he thought was going on, prescribed medications that covered all grounds, and even recommended further work-up. My mom and I are both thoroughly impressed and we feel lucky to be so close to this facility.

Waited nearly 3 hours for a walk in. Waited 1 hour and 15 minutes for a follow up appointment I had scheduled weeks before. They close walk ins hours before they close because they are so slow. Outrageous wait times and I didn't even get good care - they insisted on the wrong diagnosis for a recurring issue I've had, and I had to go to a different facility to get the correct diagnosis and treatment I already knew I needed, which then worked immediately. I didn't even have a complex issue. Don't go here.
