Torrance Memorial Physician Network Primary Care - 2900 Lomita

I am not one to leave a bad review after one bad experience. I used to work in customer service and I respect how hard those jobs can be. But it is genuinely incredible how bad the service is here. I had an initial appointment with a primary care doctor. She requested paperwork and notes from my previous doctor and I sent them to her through the patient portal the following day. I got no response. I sent a follow up message, again no response. I tried reaching them by phone, and three times I was able to leave a message (again no response). I decided to give them one last chance because I had already set them up as my primary care doctor. But two days in a row I have called the office and waited on hold for a few minutes only to have someone pick up the phone and hang it up. You have plent

I make an appointment at 10:45 and sit in the waiting room for over 30 minutes as people come in with later appointments than me and one by one get called in to see the doctor before me. Very unprofessional atmosphere.

Staff is always very friendly, they are on top of it when it comes to communication & referral/ orders. NP is very kind, always takes her time to hear me out. Highly recommend

It wasn’t too crowded and was seen in under 90 minutes.
