Long wait for appointments because they have an outside contractor doing tests. Office assistants are not nice and when my records weren't showing up on the patient portal, as they should be. The assistanrt told me to call tech support, which is her job... I called and they said to have the office call to learn how to upload a document correctly. When I called back she put me on hold and never returned, next call went straight to VM. Extremely unprofessional. This was my 2nd interaction with the office staff and I have to say, they are very rude.
