Torrance Memorial Home Health was great from the first point of contact. Sue answered the phone and could not have been more helpful. She was very knowledgeable and professional. It was a delight to speak with her and she helped make the process of switching to them seamless. Analiza, the clinical manager was extremely diligent with her follow through and always got back to me and checked on things to help facilitate getting orders or labs for doctors and making the hiccups with providers work seamlessly. My mother has been on service for many years. All the nurses are extremely professional, caring, and definitely knowledgeable. My mother also received physical therapy if she is walking today is due to the exceptional effort of Cory, which is one of the physical therapist that my mother has had for many years as well as the rest of the PT staff.
