Tops Pharmacy

This pharmacy is genuinely awful. Every single month my prescriptions are late without fail. There always seems to be at least one employee working who has no idea what they’re doing, which just makes everything take even longer. There is always a line, and you should expect to wait at least 30 minutes no matter what you’re picking up. Do not come here if you have somewhere else to be, because you will be stuck here way longer than necessary. The lack of organization and consistency is beyond frustrating. Overall, this place is unreliable, understaffed, and exhausting to deal with. Avoid if you can.

Brutal . Every time a script has been sent there I never receive a verification of receipt and when I call it’s always 3 to 4 days behind. Cannot blame the employees as they need more support, but it is what it is and that is 1 Star.

I just transferred about 2 weeks ago to Top's Pharmacy. I have Medicare and United Health Care for my insurance. I also have Worker Comp Insurance (work related injury) who are not easy to deal with. Comp blamed my doctor's office for not authorizing my RX. The doctor's office did authorized this script for 2 months. The pharmacist went out of her way to take the time to correct this. Hours later the Pharmacist called to say Workers Comp made a mistake and my script was ready for pick up. Thank you so much! Always polite and informative.

Extremely rude woman answers the pharmacy phone seeming to be taking out her life's anger, drama, and stress to whoever she speaks with. Fellow Rite Aid casualty here. Very disappointed.

I wouldn't give them any stars but I had to. I am a rite-aid casualty and I have been waiting 3 days for an antibiotic that I was supposed to start right away. I have gone there 3 times to get it (I live 40 minutes away) and every time there is a reason it is not ready..the people behind the counter are so stinking rude..I am looking for someplace else to go already.
