Plenty of parking, very clean and bright waiting room. Reception staff was excellent and helpful. The dental tech was knowledgeable, experienced, and explained every step she was doing. The dentist performed an exam and took the time to answer all my questions. I was seen “on time” and that impressed me. All in all a great experience.

Lauren is a true professional. She is very pleasant and we had great conversation. I value her knowledge and pointers, especially about trying out a flouride rinse. Most importantly I really appreciate the clean/smooth feeling of these old chompers after her thorough cleaning !

I have extreme high anxiety when I walk into a dentist office. It is not their fault. It is mine and this lady is amazing that cleaned my teeth. It is a very welcoming and friendly place from walking through the front doors to walking out. My first visit went well. Staff is knowledgeable, patient, answered my questions and I have to say, it is very clean. I was impressed =) 100% recommend North Chautauqua Dental.

I have been looking for a good dentist for years and I finally found one. This location has four dentists and I have met three of them. I lile each one. On my last cleaning I told the dental hygienist I am sensitive the cold water. There water is really cold. She put warmer water in a cup and used a sponge to rinse out the toothpaste. It made the cleaning much more comfortable for me. Everyone I have come into contact with there are kind and helpful. The wait to get into my appointment is quick as well. I had a 10:10 appointment. I got there at 10 and was in my car at 10:45.
