WellNow Urgent Care

I've used this Dunkirk Wellnow a few times so far, as my kids somehow only get sick on the weekends. I've used the online appt option when able to wait, but l have also just been a walk in for more Urgent needs. Yesterday was as a walk-in. My daughter was fine until she said she suddenly didn't feel well, her throat hurt and a high fever was confirmed, she became lethargic quickly. I gave her motrin and out the door we went. The front desk ladies were friendly and quick, we didn't have to wait and went right from the front desk to a room in the back. The nurse came into the room in less than 5minutes, listened to my concerns and what sicknesses my daughter was recently exposed to at school, took her vitals and noticed the fever was stil climbing up, despite the meds I had already given at

The PA, Caitlyn, did a fantastic job diagnosing my problem and I am feeling so very much better since my visit yesterday. Her nurse that treated me also, was exceptional. The girl that took my vitals and the girls at the front desk were all very friendly and nice. When I told my friend how I was treated and feeling better, she said that Urgent Care is the best she's ever been to. Thank you and Happy Holidays!

I took my grandson here because he had a pulled muscle in his neck. They got us in quickly. The care he received was very professional. They listened to him and were very sympathetic to his pain. I appreciate the prompt and courteous service.

Had a quick visit to Well now Urgent care. From the getgo checking in , to x-rays, and then talking with Dr. Jade Gier it was pleasant and througho. They apologized for wait and there really wasn't much of it thru all the steps, too

I was miserable that something was wrong and that I was not even sure where to start. I decided to go to WellNow in Dunkirk. Good decision. It is bright and clean. I saw that they offered unexpected hospitality. The front desk staff was pleasant and efficient. My mood was lifting as I was led to a room. The woman who took down more details was very pleasant and a patient listener. Everyone I dealt with seemed happy to be there. Jade was the practitioner who saw me. She was calming and knowledgeable. She answered my questions and handed me some reading on what I had discussed with her and who I needed to see next. I was glad to have the info I needed to properly follow up. It was such a a positive experience, that I did recommend it to my friends.
