Very Rude Staff We have been trying to get in for therapy here for 2 months. Calling multiple times working with insurance and our PCM and waiting for the office staff to do their part. Each time we called, the staff was belittling and rude when we tried to help get to the bottom of the referral issue. In the end, the issue was with the office staff… We called another therapy office who was able to get the authorization info and see the multiple referrals we had requested to be submitted over the 2 months in just a few minutes. We were told the therapists here are great, but never got the chance to find out due to the rude, incapable office staff.

I’ve been going to the viera top tier for a little over a month 1 time a week and Ashley has been awesome seriously. Super kind, super attentive and 100% helpful. I have double shoulder impingement and it’s been getting drastically better with her help. I highly recommend Ashley!!
