⭐️ 1/5 — Appointment canceled because I arrived “on time” I had this neurology appointment scheduled months in advance. I arrived exactly at my appointment time and was told I was supposed to come 20 minutes early for paperwork — and because I didn’t, they canceled my appointment on the spot. They claimed they “mentioned it” on the confirmation call, but they did not. If anyone had clearly said “you must arrive 20 minutes early or you will be canceled/rescheduled,” I would have done that without question. Instead, I lost around two hours between rearranging my work schedule, driving there, and being turned away. The office manager, Gracie, was extremely firm and offered only one option: reschedule four weeks out, which is unacceptable when you’ve already waited months and you’re dealing

Dr. McCorquodale is very professional and quickly put me at ease. Very knowledgeable, spending time to explain options to me. The front office was less warm and could use customer service training.

I am very happy with Dr McCorquodale! He is so knowledgeable about my migraines and my other problems. I wouldn’t go to anyone else for my treatment.

We appreciate Dr McCorquodale very much. He takes time and explains in a manner that a "lay person" can understand. Demonstrates a compassion for his patient. Strongly recommend.
