Want to give recognition to The staff of toothtime ! After searching for a honest and trustworthy place to do my root canal I found toothtime family dental and from the beginning Adam “front desk manager” has a amazing attitude and personality and Dr K, very welcoming and knowledgeable about what to do and gave me advice and direction. Unlike other chain dental places I felt welcomed here and felt I was paying for only what i needed! Amazing would recommend to young and older patients that need work done !

I feel like I really need to share my experience today with Tooth Time in Seguin. I am absolutely terrified of dentist. The thought of anyone touching my teeth literally makes me sick to my stomach. The sounds of My teeth being cleaned or worked on sends me into sheer panic. I made appointments with Tooth Time many times over the past 2 years and canceled every one of them. Today I actually showed up for my appointment, my heart was racing, my hands were sweating and I was headed for panic mode. I explained this to the staff in the front office and immediately I was comforted and reassured that everything is going to be okay. Toothtime Family Dentistry made my first visit as painless as possible. Everyone was very friendly and helped put me at ease when I expressed some anxiety. Devin has sparkling reviews for a reason! Truly so kind and gifted with those picks! Dr. K was direct and clear with her feedback while also being kind. They also took the time to explain to me what kind of sounds I would hear and what I would experience at each step of the way. This greatly put me at ease. I felt that I could trust them! The front desk associate was very casual, but the dental assistant was very nice and kind with general instructions on what she was going to do. Then the dentist was very kind and helpful with instructions on what his procedure was going to consist of. He worked dilengently and consistently and with determination to achieve good results and no problems with completing his goals.He had to give me a second appointment to get the entire procedure completed. Overall I was very happy with the procedure.And will return for the next appointment.

I don’t give reviews but I had to do one this time, this dental office is exceptional. I am terrified of dentists therefore I already have a preconceived notion it will be a negative experience. I was reluctant about going in and had cancelled my previous appointment and rescheduled for today. So I put my big girl panties on and went in today just for an initial consultation and a cleaning. I was shocked, my experience was amazing, the hygienist explained everything right down to how many x-rays she was going to take and which ones were going to feel uncomfortable (no pain though).
