Rapid Urgent Care

Rapid Urgent Care is AMAZING! It’s also located next to a coffee shop which is handy. Joaquin was working at the front desk and was also our nurse. Let me just say that he is WONDERFUL! He’s hilarious! Great bed side manners and personality! He was terrific with my 6 year old! Very easy going and comforting! When you walk in it is so nice to not be in the typical sterile, plain, stiff waiting rooms. It is warm and inviting. There’s water and snacks and toys for the little and music to entertain the mind. Dr. Nwosu is a genuine, intelligent, kind, caring doctor. She takes true pride in everything that she does. I trust her and her team whole heartedly. Please disregard any negative review that you may come across. I can not say enough great things. I am so beyond happy that I don’t have to

I had a mixed experience at Rapid Urgent Care. The staff was genuinely friendly and kind, which I really appreciated. When I was finally seen, I felt listened to and not rushed, which does matter—especially in a medical setting. That said, the wait time was very long. It took almost two hours to be seen, which is tough when you’re not feeling well. It may be that they take extra time with each patient, which I can respect, but it’s something to be aware of before going in. Overall, if you value compassionate care and don’t mind a potentially long wait, this may be a good option. Just plan accordingly and bring patience with you.

Friendly. Relatively fast. I like the online check-in option. The appointment setting piece is strange. It provides two different dates making it feel like you have to pick a range. It is actually just giving you the 2 soonest dates with availability. Just pick the one you want-don't put a time in both or it'll pick the furthest one out. It was clean. Smelled disinfected which I appreciate. They also have a very comfortable waiting room with amenities. If you're coming in potentially contagious, it is a very small space. Service was surprisingly quick given the small staff and constant flow of patients. I love that they have an x-ray machine on site. So convenient. The gentlemen (doctor and nurse/admin) were also very polite and professional.

Very friendly staff and very clean offices, booked online and got in quickly. They have free snacks and bottles of water. Felt very comfortable there. Very thorough checking out my complaints. I was very impressed and left feeling much better!

usually go to care now near the hospital until they failed to diagnose my kid properly last visit. luckily only this place was open at 7a (others open at 8). first impressions were good, parking lot is only shared with a coffee shop making easy to park. The inside is bright and welcoming. A small fridge is stocked with tiny water bottles and even a basket with snacks.
