Premier Dental Center Seguin

I liked everything and everybody the only thing is the doctor she never made herself visible to me stood behind me the whole time and I am a new customer or patient and I still have no idea what she looks like. I found that a little bit unprofessional and kind of rude? The dental hygienist was wonderful the person that did my first exam was wonderful as well

Premier Dental Center is an excellent place to have your teeth kept in tip top condition. The experience is always professional, and friendly. The staff are helpful & knowledgeable. The dentist has the talent to quickly treat any problems my teeth have thrown her way.

Made an appointment for a cleaning and an observation on my back tooth needing an extraction. Staff was nice annd respectful annd they were quick with getting me seen but All they did was look at the tooth and write a referral to a different doctor. No cleaning was done- even though I specifically requested one- I was told their call center doesn’t know how to schedule appointments for them so that’s why it was scheduled as a “half” exam not a “full”. And I never got asked anything about a half or full anything on the phone. I wouldn’t go here because it seems like they try to reschedule you for extra $$$. They could have simply done a cleaning right then for THEIR mishap. I will not be returning. I shouldn’t have to consistently take off work and use up my insurance for other people’s

Edit** Business responded to this review saying to reach out to them. I went in to have my final crown set and no mention of any resolution and while I was in the chair I was treated roughly. Appears business response was to just save face. If your a Veteran avoid. Premier performed work then 10 months later informed me it wasn’t covered and demanded I pay the $75 balance. It is their job to verify what is and is not covered. They clearly failed to do this or would have asked for payment the day service was rendered before I left. Veronica who claims to be a manager is unapologetic and very rude. This type of action is unethical, unprofessional and dishonest. Aside from this I’ve had multiple issues with the work on my teeth performed.

Would give a negative 0 if possible. The receptionist staff is AWEFUL! Lazy and just rude! Wanted me as the patient to do there job! Attitude nasty and very unprofessional and would never recommend this office! Being a new patient with the horrible service and attitude, I left. Didn't even stay for the appt. Took my new patient paperwork and walked out the door. You will NOT be nasty and expect me to spend my money with you. Called and scheduled with Converse Dentistry! Able to be seen same day. WONDERFUL staff and dentist!
