I had a great experience at ToothDocs. I received a deep cleaning and everything was handled professionally and thoroughly. The staff was friendly and made the whole visit comfortable from start to finish. Shout out to Dr. Victoria Friedel and Dr. Evelyn Spencer for their excellent care and attention. Highly recommend this office.

Small space but extremely efficient staff! Excellent customer service, super helpful. I was shocked when I learned the services offered. They do everything and more! Ill be signing up as a patient as well as referring many others!

Tooth Docs Dental is amazing I had a pleasure to have cleaning with the wonderful hygienist Melissa along with Exam with Dr.Kauftheil. So patient and caring. Can’t wait for my next visit 🤩

The entire team at toothdocs are super sweet, supportive, knowledgeable and efficient! Shoutout to Fabby and Jennifer for taking care of us and coordinating our appointments :) Dr. Lee took great care of me when it came to my deep cleaning and made sure to be as gentle as possible, given that my teeth are sensitive (plus I haven’t been to the dentist in such a long time - I was quite nervous LOL) but all is good. He’s a wonderful and skilled dentist - definitely book a visit with him! My mother and husband also go here and we are all happy with the services. They recently relocated to Rockefeller center, which is much smaller yet still a lovely location. Highly recommend this team and thanks so much for taking care of us!! :)

Extremely lackluster communication and poor coordination with my insurer. ToothDocs quoted me $775 for a nightguard. My insurer told me I was only responsible for $71. After a monthslong and circular exchange, I finally heard secondhand via my insurer that ToothDocs had decided to no longer accept my insurance. I had been on the phone with their front desk hours earlier confirming an upcoming cleaning; they had not said anything about that. This office has also rescheduled every appointment I have made, often with less than a day's notice, even after confirming the appointments with me. I would love to just get this nightguard before the end of the year, delete this review, and find a new dentist.
