Too many staff to pay salaries to results in slightly underhanded billing practices. For example, I paid for exam and 1 pair of glasses via Medicare, which is only allowed once every two years. In addition, the staff secretly performed a "retinal map"--a service I do not need--for $ 40, without asking my permission. This is not paid by medicare. They kept my new glasses hostage until the $40 was paid. Sneaky. . . On the other hand, the 4 stars are earned because my "middle-range glasses" that only work for the computer monitor are perfect. I've never seen so well. I spend too many hours on the computer to use bifocals and give myself whiplash looking down at the keyboard and up at the monitor and trying to get them both into focus. Ava was incredibly helpful when my glasses unexpectedly broke. I stopped in on my way home and she helped me with two new frames- now I have a back up pair! Everyone in the office is so friendly and helpful. Thank you for making my experience seamless, including fitting me with a temporary pair while I waited for my new glasses to arrive.
