CVS boulder city is one of the busiest pharmacies! They are kind, sweet and patient and always remind me about my vaccines. Thank you for always explaining and helping square things away for me!
Terrible AI call log system. You cannot get direct contact to a live pharmacist. It is bug prone and unresponsive. It also will not validate account information correctly, which it then does not allow for contact to store without. I manage my grandfather's care remotely, through home care and CVS has not responded to issues with his Medicare pharmacy drug charge for a prescription that was never filled for over 5 days now. Cannot get direct contact to the store. Go back to live call service, this is prohibitive to patients.
Great customer service from all employees at the pharmacy counter and the entire store. They are always willing to assist if needed and show genuine care for me as a customer.
I always love going there to pick up my prescription and seeing what's for sale at the store
You couldn't ask for more. The help is great. But the checkout with the machines are the worst ever. No, people to help you.
