Dr.Levy is very caring, intelligent and patient, she answered all our questions and concerns in reference to my son's tongue tie release. She was meticulous and precise with the procedure and my son had absolutely no pain, swelling or redness, just minimal discomfort. My son also receives Myofunctional Therapy, Ms.Hetal is his therapist. She is highly knowledgeable and gave us directions before and after his procedure. She also came in on the day of the procedure to comfort him. She treats our son with compassion, attentiveness and is just a delightful person. My son absolutely loves her. There has been a tremendous improvement with his articulation and he now speaking in sentences. The team is amazing.

Dr. Levy was recommended by Carrie Deam, IBCLC following an oral assessment and noticing that the ENT did not properly remove the tongue-tie on our premature baby. The tongue-tie at the ENT was removed with scissors. We were not educated of the stretches and had to take her to Dr. levy. Problem the baby was a premature baby suffering from acid reflux, poor weight gaining. poor sleeping, and difficulties latching. She was drooling in every feed. Pediatrician referred her to an ENT; however, the tongue-tie was not remove properly and the issue continued. Services Dr. Levy took her time to educate us and to get to know our baby. We had such a great experience at tongue-tie dental! Baby had a hard time latching, and had lots of classic symptoms of tongue tie, as well as a diagnosis in-hospital of 'significant lip tie'. Dr Levy did a very thorough exam of baby's mouth, and concluded that while there are restrictions, we can see a lactation consultant and do some exercises with her and see how things progress. I truly respect a clinician who says to wait to perform surgery!

Dr. Levy and her staff are incredible. This is my second child having a tongue tie release and lip release by Dr. Levy. I was having trouble nursing my 1 week old and when I called their office for help, I was given a consult and a list of lactation counselors. Prior to my appointment, based on Dr. Levy’s recommendation, I had a lactation appointment with Rachel Faustino. She gave me exercises prior to the release appointment and pointers on nursing. The day of consultation and procedure, Dr. Levy was reassuring, calm and clearly identified all the issues the ties were causing. As a medical professional myself, I am fortunate to know many experienced and renowned providers in the New York area for tongue-tie/lip-tie procedures. However, the decision to choose Dr Levy to care for our newborn was a no-brainer as she is not only an excellent clinician but she also demonstrates the level of care and compassion new parents need to see when caring for their most precious baby.
