Dr. Agarwal is amazing and so patient and kind with my daughters. The staff are mostly professional and are knowledgeable. My only complaint is regarding their answering service and just picking up the phone period. This needs to be addressed.

Lovely doctor and mostly lovely staff. Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience with one specific individual Monae who should not represent this doctors office. From speaking to her over the phone to coming in person, I felt rushed and like my experience didn’t matter in this office. It all changed once I met the doctor but nonetheless, front facing staff should always positively reflect a practices value in patient care and empathy. Will recommend due to the patient care provided by the provider and remaining staff I spoke with but hopefully some training can help improve the quality of care provided by this individual.

Dr. Agarwal has wonderful bedside manner and always takes the time to listen and answer our questions. She is incredibly knowledgeable, empathetic and so sweet with my children. Her office staff is also incredibly supportive. I highly recommend her practice.

My husband and I drove over two hours each way to see Dr. Chhavi Agarwal. It was worth every minute. She was so engaging and warm with our 7 month old son. She took her time and we felt like she provided us with the best possible care. We are so grateful to her. We will continue to make the drive to see her instead of going to closer practitioners.

If all my doctors were this attentive and responsive I wouldn't worry about a thing when I was ill because I'd know I'd be well taken care of. Dr. Agarwal is truly a dream come true. I don't feel like just another parent of just another kid coming through her office. She's so informative and patient. I never feel rushed. My son even felt comfortable enough to ask his own questions. He's 14. I'd definitely recommend. My nephew is now a patient as well and I'm confident they will also experience the same positivity we did.
