I consulted with other orthodontist in the area and Dr. Toms was more experienced (in my opinion), affordable, and aligned with my personality. His office is always clean and waiting area has movies playing for the kids. I began my journey with Dr. Toms for myself. Then brought my daughter in for treatment. My son and husband will be next. Dr. Toms bedside manner is great. He takes the time to explain what is going on and is always a pleasure to talk to. His front and back office staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I enjoy coming into appointments and catching up with everyone. Luckily my insurance was accepted and never have had any financial errors. Highly recommend.

Dr. Tom's attention to detail is incredible! His staff is also very professional, attentive and polite. The difference their care has made for my dental issues has been nothing short of amazing. This is a very well run office that cares about their patients. I wish I could give them 100 stars!
