Haymarket Physical Therapy - Bristow

The team at Haymarket Physical Therapy Bristow is AMAZING!! The front desk staff are always so helpful and cheerful! They do an outstanding job of coordinating schedules and reminders for us. The therapist team is equally outstanding! They are knowledgeable and committed to helping you on your healing journey. The environment feels more like a fun gym rather than a stuffy doctors office. We love the music and laughter that echoes through the space. If you're looking for a convenient location with a great relaxed and fun atmosphere while focusing on your healing and recovery, this is your place!

Very good therapists but a lot of staff turnover at their various locations the last few months. I believe they are down to one location now. I went to the Bealton location for years.

The actual therapist team is great. The administrative team...not so much. Hit with a surprise bill after being led to believe visits were covered. Only took them 25 visits to tell me this. Bill had items listed that were not even received. I don't care about them scamming the insurance companies but don't bill me the same way. No remorse on their part for their deceptive business practices. Again, the therapists are great and if you are confident you have unlimited covered visits, give them a shot. I will be going elsewhere though.

The staff is very knowledgeable and very friendly which made my experience with them outstanding. I had previously gone to two other physical therapy offices in the area and the staff and therapy I received at Haymarket physical therapy in Bristow was the best! I appreciate everything they did for me during my recovery.

My Daughter is a patient here in Bristow- and the experience has been nothing but great! Front staff is great, and John- who works with my Daughter, does excellent with her! I’ve seen much improvement in the weeks that’s she’s been here already, and we’ve been to 2 other PT’s- so that says a lot. I highly recommend this place to anyone in need !
