Always helpful and cheerful. Good experience. Sometimes there is a line but rarely a long delay. The counter staff will help determine whether a better price might be available.

I had such an awful experience. I been coming here for years. But the customer service has went down hill and isn’t the same like it used to be. All the staff are extremely rude and super slow. They lied about the time my medication would be ready. If I didn’t stop by I would have never gotten a text. I still had to wait there after waiting three hours. I had to wait an extra 30 minutes. Even though they said it would be ready in 30 min. The pharmacist are extremely slow. It took 6 hours in total. I then later received a text about the medication being ready even though I already gotten it 3 hours later.

I have given this pharmacy so many chances to get it right and they continue to be incredibly mediocre. They consistently fill prescriptions late, I don’t think i’ve ever gotten my prescription the same day. Also, they go to lunch at 1 and will send you away even if you’ve been waiting in line. I understand everywhere is short staffed right now and I have tried very hard to be patient and sympathetic with this place and the people who run it but i’m so over the poor service. Switching to cvs down the street where at least I know i’ll get my prescription in a timely manner and I can even get it delivered so I don’t have to worry about planning my schedule around pharmacy staff that can’t get it together.

Mahawri- not sure if the pharmacist name spelling- although he offered to spell it for me. He filled a partial dm Rx for my husband, and then said he couldn’t fill the remaining… he was horrible and condescending… when I asked why he’d only fill partial, if he knew he wouldn’t be able to fill the remaining…. he treated me like I was dumb and said he’d explain for the tenth time … he was so rude and doesn’t take health into consideration …

I have nothing against the pharmacy or the pharmacist's but it is busy and there are not enough people working. I dropped off a prescription early in the morning around 10am and they said they would call me in 40 min. When I said that I had tricare they said they weren't sure if they accepted that insurance I informed them they were on the approved list. Then they said that they didn't have many tricare come in so they didn't know the process but they would find out and call me.I went home and it had been 7 hours and no call so I came back in to the pharmacy and the first person that helped me went home and the ones that are here have no clue of what the other person said they were going to do so now they are telling me it might be another hour.
