Valley Ranch Eye Care

Brianna was my first experience with valley ranch eye care. She was very patient and understanding with all the questions and concerns I had. A week later we met Dr. Q. and was weary impressed with how thorough he was with his exam. My husband was the one that needed convincing and I think Dr. Q made a friend out of my husband. He was just as helpful with helping me pick out my glasses and was very patient as I had a lot of requirements for them. I am very happy with my first visit and the experience I had with Brianna and Dr. Q. You should definitely check them out.

Dr. Q. is warm and kind while still helping me get my new rx in a timely way (which was great because I had my baby with me!) I liked the text appt reminders and the option to select frame styles in advance helped streamline that too. Loved the options for frames that were available as well. I was also offered free imaging for my retina as I’m not a candidate for dilation. Brianna the receptionist is also so sweet and friendly. 10/10 would recommend!

I had RK in my 20s and had to start wearing scleral lenses in my 40s. IYKYK! My first eye doctor did not provide enough information on care and wear of scleral lenses. I switched to Dr Qattan and what a difference!! Not only is he kind and patient, he is extremely knowledgeable and helped me learn how to better care for, clean, store and wear my sclerals. When he opened his own practice in Coppell, it increased my drive time to 45 minutes. But I'm willing to make the drive because he and his office are worth it!

As someone new to the area, I was looking for an eye doctor I could trust, and I’m so glad I found Valley Ranch Eye Care! Dr. Q was patient and took the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions, making sure I understood each part of the process. Bryanna was welcoming from the moment I walked in and was so helpful when it came to choosing glasses after my appointment. The entire experience was smooth, informative, and genuinely pleasant. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend Valley Ranch Eye Care to anyone looking for excellent eye care!

Valley Ranch Eye Care is an EXCEPTIONAL optometry clinic! There aren’t enough words to describe the POSITIVE experience I had here! Dr. Q and Brianna are amazing and so kind! Dr. Q is incredibly personable, friendly, and professional! He makes you feel seen, heard, and truly cared for! This is what high quality patient care looks like!
