It’s been a year now since Dr. Rafi became our primary care physician, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the care we’ve received. I just wanted to give Dr. Rafi a shoutout. My son recently turned 18 and he had his wellness appointment today. I wanted him to go into his appointment alone so that he can learn how to advocate independently when it comes to his health and wellness. Well my son did a good job for his first time but there was some questions that I had that he was unable to answer. I called the office to get clarification regarding his overall appointment. I’ve had to tweak my treatment plan multiple times, and not once did he make me feel like I was a problem or that something “should’ve worked.” He simply listens and works with you to find what does work.
