Toll Gate Vision

First time getting glasses and Dr. De Paola was great. Took time to answer questions and educate me about various lens options. Had an appointment and did not have to wait more than 5 minutes to get going. Very friendly staff too.

I went there yesterday to get contacts and this place was great everyone was very friendly and helpful. I saw Brett for my eye test and he answered all of my questions and was extremely thorough with the eye test. Mel helped me with the contacts training and she was extremely patient and really gave great instruction with putting the contacts in as I didn’t have much experience. The receptionist Frances was also very nice and helpful with scheduling and getting me into the system. Overall could not have asked for a better experience as the you could tell the team really works great together and they seem to really want to have their patients have the best experience.

I've been going to Toll Gate Vision for two years. They are the best; very thorough, state of the art expertise. They don't overbook, so patients have very minimal wait and are never rushed. Excellent staff.

My glasses broke and not feeling well couldn't get there myself. I called and asked if my Aide could bring them down to fix them. They said that wouldn't be a problem. I'd say my Aide was back in less than a half hour and with a new pair as the others couldn't be fixed. I like to Thank Jen who replaced them and for all the receptionist help. Once again I'll have to say all of the employees are Very Pleasant and Helpful! Excellent Service with a Pleasant Atmosphere! I want to wish All the Employees a Merry Christmas and a Happy and Safe News Years! Thank You?👍👍😀
