I have been wearing hearing aids for 20 years. My hearing has steadily diminished over time. I must admit that when I arrived I was skeptical that anything could be done to alter my situation. I was happily mistaken! Today's visit for a tune-up surpassed anything I've ever experienced. Staff & audiologist (Holly) were friendly, efficient, and right on task. They graciously squeezed me in, a hearing test was performed, the volume and tone were tweaked, and I was out in 20 minutes! I could once again hear the birds singing when I left the office. God bless you and keep up the good work. The service you provide is nothing short of a miracle.

My experience with Dr. Puleo has been all positive. I found her to be professional, knowledgeable, patient, willing to listen, and able to understand my particular hearing issues. She explains in clear terms how hearing aids work and improve hearing, and she takes the time to make any adjustments needed. I highly recommend Dr. Puleo.

As always, appt was within a very reasonable time frame, I brought all my “things” hearing aid, and Doug helped me sort them out. Always a pleasure when I get to see Sandra or Doug. The receptionist, I didn’t get her name, was very helpful and kind. Missed seeing Holly but she has picked fine people to represent her.

I love when my appointments are due to see Holly! She always has a bright smile and genuine concerns on how you’re doing! We made a tiny adjustment to my hearing aids and it made such a great difference! I appreciate her and her receptionist who is so sweet! Love Holly and Gateway! So glad I went there!
