Today's experience is quite one of a kind (for me), quite homely. I've had multiple hygienists, but for this one, Kristina is excellent for what she does. The people in there offer to hang your coat up, inform you if you got any problems (potentially as well) as well as give suggestions for any preventions. Worth every star that's given. They also Chinese translation as well, so it was very helpful when my mother and my father went in for their appointments.

Dr. Chan is truly an outstanding doctor. He is extremely professional, patient, and attentive to every detail. During my visit, he took the time to listen carefully to my concerns and explained everything in a clear and reassuring way. His warm and friendly attitude made me feel comfortable and well cared for. I really appreciate his expertise and dedication. I highly recommend Dr. Chan to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate physician.

I had such an amazing experience at Dr. Chan’s dental office and genuinely cannot say enough great things about the incredible team there. From the moment I walked in, Alyssa at the front desk made me feel instantly welcome. She was friendly, upbeat, and incredibly organized, making check-in quick and effortless while still taking the time to be personable and kind. First impressions matter, and Alyssa absolutely set the tone for a positive visit. Gady was wonderful while getting me set up before seeing the dentist. She was patient, reassuring, and explained everything clearly, which made the whole experience feel calm and comfortable. I went in the other day for my routine checkup. X-rays showed a decayed tooth. I had felt no pain. Dr. Chang removed it that day. I have to say that he, Ryan, and the hygenist all made me fee comfortable and at ease. Definitely love my new dentist!

Very pleased with the care here. The staff is very helpful, friendly and professional. Sally is amazing. She helped us through the process in understanding the options for patients with or without insurance. If you have questions about finance, ask for Sally. Dr Chan was great, very knowledgeable, and his attention to detail to make the experience more comfortable was greatly appreciated. I look forward to continuing all our dental health needs here.
