Made an appointment with in a week. Waited maybe 5 minutes after paperwork and pre-exam to see Dr. Harris. He was thorough and made everything easy. Recommended and will continue to go here and see Todd,

If I could rate this place a "0" I would. For 1 I've been going here since I moved here in 2017. I've always made my appointments every time and never once cancelled an appointment. I called when 1800 contacts had sent them a verification on my prescription. Since Covid-19 hit in March and I've been laid off since 3/16 I wasn't able to get in to se them. When I answered the phone from the receptionist she said she wasn't able to verify the script because it was due to be re-written. I asked when can they see me and she replied with not for another 1.5 - 2 months. I said well obviously I need a script can you at least verify the latest script you have so I can see until you r able to fit me in. She said No we cant. You've had a lot of time to come in and see us for a new script. Mind you t

My daughter had an appointment with Dr. Harris, she had her vision insurance wrong and called back to give them the correct insurance information... they do not accept this insurance so she canceled... They then send a bill for $20 for a “no show” called to speak to someone regarding this “no show”, she told me that even though she canceled they still charge!

Had an appointment late September and everyone was very professional. Dr. Harris was thorough and discussed everything in great detail.
